The hotel staff were very nice. the breakfast was free. - Appreciated the way our king room was arranged. - A microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines, and a refrigerator were a huge plus. My stay at Hyatt Place Richmond Airport was fantastic for my vacation. the hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. I loved how our king room was set up, and having a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge in the room was a major bonus.

Location - it was easy to find and just off our route.

The hotel was clean with very-very nice and courteous staff members. I appreciated tidy and beautiful rooms with a king bed. The location of this property was great and awesome. I found Tgi Fridays offering shots and different drinks 1 mi of the venue.

We have stayed at the Hyatt Place Richmond Airport several times because it is close to family. The hotel is nice and is professionally decorated. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are large and spacious and have all the amenities one needs.

Convenient location right off the highway, making it easy to get around. the rooms here are spacious and tidy, complete with nice showers and comfortable furniture. 🚗

I will not stay there again. When I made the reservation I used my debit card for all three rooms and when I checked in I used the same card. However, when I checked out I paid for my room and my mother room with the same card. My daughter paid for her room with her card, On Monday after we checked out the general manager called me an stated that I did not pay for the third room. After reading him the receipt they had charged my daughter's card to the wrong room. I thought it was over but my debit was charged again and my daughter;s card was charged twice. The general manager was very rude ans I had to call the corporate office before things were cleared up on the following Thursday.

Conveniently located near major highways and close to various amenities and dining options. Ample parking and easy access to the rooms. Wide bathroom door accommodated necessary mobility equipment. a satisfactory experience.

Hotel as a whole is absolutely great and pretty, I liked it.

The hotel is clean, with attentive personal, and offers great location close enough to other restaurants, a very nice area and Richmond for business, which is quite often.

The hotel has a great central location near stores, restaurants, and a shopping center with many dining options and stores within walking distance. It's convenient that Chick-fil-A is just a short distance away, perfect for grabbing food to go.

I was very impressed with the king room featuring a comfortable king bed and received friendly service here.
